Jia was glad to have some alone time. I mean, she had travelled several freaking weeks with Seohyun, and sometimes the nagging got too much. She was a nice person, and a fearless leader, but when you were her best friend? Things got awry.
Jia passed a familiar looking hut on the very outskirts of the tribe, recognizing it. She had stayed there once, and the lady inside was very kind-hearted and generous. As Jia thought back to what had happened at her stay, a tall guy came through the door of the hut and crashed into her. His emotionless apology enraged her, simply because she had gone quite a few weeks of barely any food to fill her tummy, and little to no sleep.
“WATCH WHERE YOU’RE GOING!” she yelled, glaring up into the stranger’s face.
Dongwoon jumped, certainly not expecting this. Furrowing his brow, he shifted his bag to another shoulder. “Um…are you alright?” he asked, thoroughly confused on why this girl was acting like this. Her stare made him flinch; it was enough to melt all the ice in his tribe. Judging by her dark circles, she must have travelled here and hadn’t gotten much rest. He shuddered. Dongwoon would NEVER allow himself to get dark circles.
“Hey, I think you could rest up here. It’s my sister’s place.” He pointed a thumb to the hut behind him.
